As with Sun City, one member of the household must be at least 55 years of age, and no one under the age of 19 may reside in Sun City West. Visiting children may stay a maximum of 90 days in one year. The community covenants and restrictions also require that all trees, grass and shrubs must be kept neatly trimmed and free of trash and weeds at all times, resulting in manicured and well-maintained neighborhoods.
