On this map, Arrowhead Ranch is bounded by Happy Valley Road to the north, 75th Avenue to the west, Bell Road to the south and 35th Avenue to the east.   Arrowhead Ranch is one of the largest subdivisions in Peoria, and also features several smaller communities such as Highlands at Arrowhead Ranch, Palomino, Hidden Manor, Bellair Gardens, Woodridge, Yorkshire Estates, Arroyo Springs, Sunset Canyon, Adobe Hills, Saddleback Hills, Tuscany Point, Patrick Ranch, Monarch Point, and Softwind Estates among others.  Condominium complexes within this area include Arrowhead Lakes and Bellair.  Custom home lots in this area are surrounded by mountain and city views and are steadily increasing in value.

Palarrowhead-ranch home photoomino, for example, offers residents the option of waterfront living with its single family Shea Homes many of which are on the Arrowhead Lakes.  Tuscany Point features Coventry homes, built around 1995, and many of these are also waterfront.  Arrowhead Ranch is subdivided into many different neighborhoods including Vistas, Hamilton and Arrowhead Heights.
