This map area refers to the large area of North Phoenix that is bounded by Happy Valley Road/Jomax Road to the north, 35th Avenue to the west, Bell Road to the south and Scottsdale Road to the east.

Las Piedras Townhomes and Condominiums is a gated community with a community pool, featuring 2-story floor plans ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms, from 1241 sq ft to 1384 sq feet, all with 2 car garages. The nearby Los Paseos Condominiums are in a gated community with security, and also feature 2 story homes with 2 car garages.
